    Thanks to the Talent Sourcing track, I learned how IT companies operate, what a sourcer does, and how to seek candidates for various open positions and form your personal brand. We formed a Talent Sourcing Strategy, developed effective job descriptions, analyzed labor market trends in IT, etc. Thanks to a month of studying at InnoCamp, I mastered the profession of a sourcer from the ground up and got my first job in IT.

    LEARNING PROCESS DETAILS

    The duration of training tracks varies from 60 to 100 hours. It depends on the technology and the level of material complexity.

    Technical workshops are held at least twice a week, and soft skills training and English lessons are held weekly.
    03.
    All students have unlimited access to our learning management system, which includes an interactive lesson (guide) and a training track calendar.
    04.
    During the training, we evaluate the technical expertise and soft skills of each participant through individual scorecards. The final stage of each program is an individual technical task.
    05.
    Upon successful completion of the learning track, the student receives an InnoCamp certificate and a digital badge.

    We want InnoCamp students to be active and motivated. Therefore, we are careful about the selection of candidates: we conduct tests to assess technical skills and English level. We invite the best to take part in a group assessment conducted by our technical expert and talent specialist. The selection process consists of five stages:

    What is the cost of training at InnoCamp?

    Intern-level training programs are free for candidates who have successfully passed the selection and evaluation process. The cost of Junior and higher education programs is announced separately.
