The framework of the intended collaboration will ensure the further development of the engineering leadership community in Hungary.

Innovecs, a global digital transformation company, has started its operations in the CEE region. Entering a new tech talent market, Innovecs aims to replenish and develop the community of engineers and engineering leaders.

Therefore, on December 9, 2022, Innovecs signed a cooperation memorandum with CraftHub, an IT event management organization. Since 2013, CraftHub has gained a great deal of experience organizing events in different technology fields such as software development, artificial intelligence, and user experience, besides leadership and management.

Within the memorandum, Innovecs will be partnered with CraftHub’s Diversity program at the Reinforce AI Conference. Reinforce is an AI and ML conference in Europe which brings top-notch experts together to discuss what artificial intelligence is, and the keys to all future technologies on artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and cognitive systems.

Due to the Diversity program, the partnership entails creating new opportunities for women in tech, promoting their interests in the various technological trends, and contributing to a more just, prosperous, diverse, and equitable society.

Therefore, ladies who will fill out the form and apply to the Reinforce AI Conference will be granted ten in-person and ten online tickets. With the tickets, women can join the conference, talk sessions, networking party, and have the opportunity to meet tech companies who make an appearance as event partners.

The conference will be held in Budapest on March 6-7, 2023. The hybrid conference allows participants to take part  both online and offline.

As a community-driven ecosystem, Innovecs has focused on empowering the tech industry and, most importantly, for each lady to reach new heights and contribute to an innovative world.

"Women's leadership empowerment is essential for us. Here, at Innovecs, one of the core values we live by is inspiring, which means providing meaningful content through events and networking, and opportunities to learn, grow and enhance performance. It resonates with CraftHub's Diversity Program, excelling women in technology careers, promoting their interests in the various technological trends, and contributing to a more just, prosperous, diverse, and equitable society"

Based on mutually recognized values and priorities, Innovecs and CraftHub have recently demonstrated their support for women in tech. Hence, Médea Baccifava, Co-Founder of CraftHub, joined an online event hosted by InnoHub. The panel discussion, Being a woman in IT: From Competition to Empowerment, united women leaders of international communities from Hungary, Romania, Colombia, Poland, and Ukraine. The participants discussed ways to handle the covert competition that obstructs women from leveraging equal opportunities to thrive.
