Innovecs, a global digital transformation tech company, announced that Sergiy Khandogin joined the company as its Chief Technology Officer, effective September 2022. Sergiy, who worked at Innovecs as part of the original founding team a decade ago, is now back at the company.
This Autumn, Innovecs is happy to welcome Sergiy Khandogin back onboard in the position of CTO. He will apply his breadth of knowledge to drive technological innovation and develop expertise and competencies that bring value to clients.
At the beginning of Sergiy’s path at Innovecs a decade ago, the emphasis was more on individual technological skills, but now he will be focused on strengthening the technical expertise of teams in projects. One of his essential tasks will be to develop collaboration within the Centers of Competence. This structure will complement delivery for upgrading team member skills and increasing the domain expertise to implement more integrated and complex projects.
Speaking of his reunion with the company, Sergiy commented: “I think Innovecs differs from other companies because of its overall vibe within the teams, which are very close-knit. Plus, Innovecs always had lots of initiatives. For instance, InnoHub or communities of interest that, in addition to work, give people the opportunity to socialize, pursue their hobbies, and find friends within the company. At Innovecs, this socialization creates fertile ground for communication that is not just formal but more personal and friendly“.
Sergiy has been into technology since the beginning of his professional career. With around 25 years of experience, he started his path in IT back in 1997 as an engineer, understanding the industry from the inside out. In 2011 Sergiy joined the ambitious team of Innovecs to launch and develop the company we see today. Since 2020, he has worked for a product company as CTO to structure and upgrade its technology line before returning to Innovecs.
