Innovecs Wins 2023 Global Good Award

The Global Good Awards, a sustainability awards program, recognized Innovecs as a winner in an Employee Engagement & Well-being Category.

 

Innovecs, a global digital transformation tech company, was honored to be awarded Silver in the prestigious Global Good Awards that acknowledges organizations demonstrating outstanding commitment to positively impacting society and the environment.

This year the awards ceremony was held virtually and showcased many businesses, NGOs, charities and social enterprises of all shapes and sizes around the world, who are driving social and environmental change. On 12th October they will meet in London for The Purpose Summit, a day of insight, advice and bright ideas.

Innovecs’ dedication to employee well-being and engagement is demonstrated through its innovative InnoClub program, an ecosystem of employee clubs of interest. This program was implemented in 2022 and aimed to support the overall well-being, including physical, mental, social, and financial health of every team member.

 

The judges particularly mentioned the following about Innovecs’ entry:

Through InnoClub, Innovecs has developed a thriving culture that promotes a healthy working environment, resulting in a happy and healthy team. The numbers clearly demonstrate the program’s success in 2022, as the company has organized 21 challenges, facilitated 52 meet-ups, conducted 660 sports workouts, and delivered eight training courses, all contributing to a well-rounded employee experience.

In employees’ 2022  survey, 92% of InnoClub members confirmed they gained new well-being experiences, while 80% discovered new friendships within the organization. Furthermore, 83% of participants reported that InnoClub significantly contributed to their overall mental and physical well-being.

The impact of InnoClub is seen not only in the employees’ personal well-being but also in the company’s employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), which soared to 76% in 2022.
