Innovecs has won the ‘Branding Star 2022’ award given by Employer Branding Institute.

Employer Branding Institute is an independent organization recognizing achievements in employer branding management across the world. The organization uses data-based algorithms to scan every company in the market and find the best-in-class employer brands. 

We are honored to have been recognized by the employer branding community and will continue to aspire to even greater heights in future campaigns. Innovecs is included in a small group of brands awarded with the Employer Branding Star 2022 title. 

Employer Branding Stars are awarded to companies that obtained a score above 50% in the overall brand survey. The Employer Branding Institute audited each applicant with 120 questions along the whole talent journey. They also carefully studied the corporate values each company communicated via digital channels to employees and candidates.
