On March 29-31, Global Service Jam will again bring together people from all over the world who are interested in service design, design thinking, and a human-centered approach to product and service creation. The event will take place simultaneously in more than 120 cities around the world, where all participants in 48 hours will go from idea to service prototype, inspired by the general theme.
Global Service Jam is a non-profit event that was created to promote the development of service design, and allow interested people with a variety of professional and life experiences to share ideas and thoughts in a friendly environment.

§ Who can participate?
There is no need for special skills to participate. Our mentors will help transform the idea into a prototype solution. For people with experience in design thinking and service design, this is a good opportunity to expand your expertise and meet like-minded people.
Anyone older than 18 years old can take part in the hackathon. You can be a designer, manager, marketer, entrepreneur, doctor, artist, musician, lawyer, etc. The main thing is to be inquisitive and open-minded.
We encourage a variety of thoughts and experiences. So, we encourage participants not to come up with a team and ready-made ideas. We also recommend that colleagues from the same company work in different teams for new acquaintances and unexpected discoveries.
This year Kyiv Service Jam will bring together 100-150 participants.

§ Registration
The cost of participation in the event of registration before March 24 is 750 UAH. From March 25 – UAH 900.
All funds will go to create comfortable conditions for the participants to work. The cost includes rental of premises, stationery and materials for prototyping, coffee and sweets, snacks and drinks on the occasion of completion of the hackathon.
