Juniorship is a platform to offer opportunities for the next generation of building software engineers at Innovecs.​ It offers students, graduates, career switchers, and those returning to the workforce an opportunity to further their careers.

Requirements
  • At least 80 hours of coding experience
  • Contributor to open-source projects
  • Intermediate English skills (B1)
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Nice-to-have a completed foundation studies (2d year of university) in Computer Science or equivalent courses (ITEA, MainAcademy, Dan.IT Education, etc.)​

Training methodology

Juniorship track allows taking part online and working remotely from anywhere. It consists of mentoring at the workplace and BootCamp training (4 hours a day) after which participants undergo their performance appraisal. After completing the track, we promote the most successful participants to Junior specialists at Innovecs.

  • Getting new skills and applying them during your work at Innovecs
  • Well-structured 3-month BootCamp training where you will create a new product by using a selected teck stack.
