We are looking for a person for full-time position of Helpdesk Engineer to join IT Department team in our Kyiv office.


  • Adjust GreenHouse recruiting system, automate processes
  • Providing support in Corporate Systems to Innovecs employees (GreenHouse, Zoho People)
  • Push employees to maintain operational discipline


  • Experience in support/sales
  • Experience in ServiceDesk/JIRA and Office 365
  • Logical thinking
  • Customer focus
  • Easy-going person
  • Stress resistant

Would be a plus

  • Experience in GreenHouse or another Applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Database work experience, SQL
