  • Cooperating with key stakeholders for driving and support HR processes
  • Professional covering Employee Experience Journey stages
  • Work closely with line management and employees to improve work satisfaction, increase productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Consult the management on strategic and operational people management issues
  • Analyze data and understand market trends to provide value HR solutions
  • Facilitate in solving complex employee relations issues
  • Driving, ensuring, and further improving the HR processes
  • Building high-performance culture and retention strategy
  • Providing quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complaints, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges
  • Be a reliable partner to contribute business goals
  • Minimum 3+ years in HR domain (preferably HR BP, HR Advisory Level)
  • Upper Intermediate English is a must
  • Good acumen of HR industry trends, deep expertise in Employee Experience Journey (Onboarding& Adaptation, Performance Review, L&D, Retention, Engaging, Talent Management, Offboarding)
  • Excellent soft skills: problem solving and providing solutions, strong communication skills, flexibility
  • Proven ability of People Advising skills (preferably consultancy, facilitation, coaching) and build influencing with all levels
  • Building effective business relationships and networking within the organization
  • Self-motivated and organized person
