We are looking for a native multitasker who loves to innovate, create, question and execute best-in-class physical and virtual events. The role requires a strong team player with a can-do attitude who is proactive, self-motivated, methodical and has strong project management skills.

In this position, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company (e.g. Marketing, Design, Finance) and external vendors to plan and deliver virtual and in-person events for Innovecs' employees, candidates, and broader audience.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in event production and coordination, corporate event venue or marketing role with event production focus, with experience in the tech/IT sphere.
  • Track record in all the online and in-person event delivery stages: concept, planning, partnerships, budget, event marketing, execution.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Native relationship builder, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in business English.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage a variety of events including webinars, internal meetups, partner, and external events, both virtual, hybrid and physical.
  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and event marketing project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Communications, Marketing, and Design teams to develop event messaging, content, and promotional materials.
  • Work with external vendors, venues, and other partners to negotiate contracts and manage event logistics, such as audio/visual production and technology providers, merchandise, and catering.
  • Oversee event registration, communication and tracking of attendees, ensure accurate data collection, management and reporting.
  • Think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to make events stand out while paying attention to the smallest details.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyses to measure the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
