3+ years of experience in developing, leading, managing iGaming projects (real-money casino products).
Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams.
Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation.
Change and Quality management.
Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong time management on personal, team, project and program level.
Conflict management.
Facilitation and team collaboration skills.
Will be a plus:
Agile certifications (SM, PO, etc.) and hands-on experience.
Project Management certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.).
Game Design / Art Production / Programming experience
