This Technical Program Manager is an individual contributor position responsible for driving projects that deliver enhancements to existing product or the launch of a new product. While you will work alongside a team of other Technical Program Manager to build best practices your success will be measured by your ability to deliver projects on time for our clients. 

You should be self-motivated, ambitious, relentless, accountable and predictable.  You must have a track record of on time delivery. You must be able to dive deep and have the ability to converse with developers on technical matters that sometimes inhibit their progress so that you can intelligently articulate, engage in, and drive forward meaningful discussions with your peers, management and customers that will result in successful resolutions. You should be comfortable with driving projects across a project team of 5-10 people. You should have experience with delivering a product from inception to launch. You should have experience with applying a SDLC to deliver projects successfully. You must be comfortable deriving and using metrics to assess to performance of the project over time. You should have experience with implementing tools for task and schedule management. You must be comfortable writing summary status reports and briefing/presenting to executives. You should have demonstrable ability to change the status quo through inventiveness with measurable results. 

Your responsibilities will be to: 
  • Facilitate frequent Core Team Alignment discussions. Core team includes Functional Technical Resource Managers and Customer Experience and Design (Product Management and User Experience) 
  • Build, apply, and enhance processes 
  • Conduct Planning meetings 
  • Build Project Schedules 
  • Manage Technical Dependencies (Technical integrations with other teams) 
  • Manage Risks and Issues 
  • Author and Communicate Project status 
  • Ensure timely management escalations 
  • Conduct necessary checkpoints for Stakeholder alignment in accordance with the established SDLC 
Position Requirements:
  • Computer Science or equivalent degree 
  • 3+ Years working in a Software Engineering or related domain 
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Time management, and team collaboration skills 
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations teams
