Right now we are looking for Office Manager (Office Style & Ergonomics). A person who passioned at style, ergonomic and design.

Responsibilities
  • Office furniture and other household appliances quality inspection and control
  • Daily office inspection and furniture placement according to the standards
  • Small defects detection, propose, organize and control the solutions
  • Create, update, control of office style standards and brand-book
  • Constant searching for new design solutions and accents for the office
  • Keep up to date with interior fashion at office design, furniture, interior solutions Involvement in design and repair work for new or existing premises, preparing the technical requirements for furniture and other interior solutions
Requirements
  • Ability to see and feel style and design beauty
  • Ability to see small defects and ways to resolve it
  • Purposefulness, Result oriented, Planning
  • Knowledge of design programs will be a preferable
  • Work in line with the budget
