  • Close cooperation with Talent Acquisition Leads and Recruiters to meet Department KPIs
  • Provide relevant market research analytics in regards to TA needs
  • Posting of vacancies on career sites, job boards and social media, keep track on them
  • Managing TA reports & data
  • General administrative and TA related tasks
  • Work close with Recruitment Database/ATS upon TA requests
  • Maintenance and update of Recruitment Database/ATS
  • Support Client visits with TA representatives
  • Managing TA reports & data, close cooperation with PR, Marketing and Finance
  • General administrative and TA related tasks
  • Participation in Talent Acquisition projects such as Innohub events, training for hiring managers, etc.
  • University degree
  • 1+ years of experience as office manager/PA/administrator/customer support/call center
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Result-oriented
  • Attention to details
  • Good command of MS office, MS Excel.
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Good communication skills
  • English Level – Upper-Intermediate
