Associate HR Specialist / Project Coordinator

We are looking for proactive self-starter HR Specialist / Project Coordinator, who combines people skills with attention to details and a "get things done" approach. The Manager will operate the HR services, policies and programs, and will be responsible for administrative duties of the project.

  • Coordinating HR activities (Welfare activities, Employee relations etc)
  • Coordinating Operation/Service Support (Ensure that office runs smoothly on a daily basis)
  • Coordinating Recruiting and Staffing
  • Training and Event activities
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Proven experience as a Human Resources / Customer Support Specialist, Office Manager (including compensation, trainings, welfare operation and other areas of professional services)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience from an international hi-tech/mobile/internet company - will be a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid
  • Ability to analyse situations, identify problems, recommend solutions and evaluate outcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, assertiveness, independence, initiative.
