Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking for Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing our recruitment.
This position delivers high quality professional and managerial candidates through the selection process.

  • Coordinating a team of Recruiters and researchers toards achieving weekly and monthly goals;
  • Setting priorities to the team of Recruiters and prioritizing the task according project’s needs;
  • Driving communication with the clients and being their point of contact on recruitment and talent related questions;
  • Develop and implement relevant and innovative TA strategies (sourcing, screening, selection and attracting top IT talents, with a focus on pipeline development for key positions);
  • Driving full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions with different seniority and complexity, ensuring best possible candidate experience and results for the business;
  • Sourcing candidates from different channels (direct research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals, social media etc.);
  • Providing great recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure);
  • Providing deep and solid market analyses; giving effective recommendations based on such reviews;
  • Regular reporting to HR Director and other executives (leverage and maintain data, reports and performance metrics to drive increased productivity and insights);
  • Conducting knowledge-sharing practices for the TA team;
  • Participate in optimization of recruitment processes; development of innovative tools for team effectiveness
  • Full-cycle IT-recruitment experience - at least 3 years;
  • Higher education (University degree);
  • Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry, local and global IT market awareness;
  • Proven experience of running end to end recruitment processes for various seniority IT positions;
  • Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using of innovative methods for attracting candidates;
  • Ability to keep in touch with a client on daily basis via email, reporting; providing relevant information on recruitment process in different convenient ways;
  • Ability to work with Job Descriptions (understand, clarify, propose to make changes, when needed);
  • Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player and management skills;
  • Ability to lead middle specialists;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
