Administrator/Office Manager

We are looking for Administrator/Office Manager to join our team, who will have a chance to take a full range of responsibilities and grow personally as well as professionally.


  • Ensure smooth office functioning: Providing the company with the following goods and services: furniture, climatic equipment, interior items, household appliances, household and office supplies, etc.
  • Office relocation project support (regular updates of teams location, seat numbers, rotation) monitoring of Seating plan and Inflow
  • Drafting the contracts and paper works with vendors, clients in terms of office operation support
  • Checking status and condition of office assets. Initiating small repairs in the office premises
  • Supervision work of receptionist, cleaning team
  • Participation in arranging company internal events 
  • Daily regular office tour (cleaning audit) 
  • Coordinating of Parking, track of parking lots, waiting list, reporting
  • Participation in construction and post-construction projects
  • Other assignments upon company’ business needs
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative position (Office manager/Administrator)
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Showing initiative on introducing process improvements, office infrastructure improvements/changes
  • Intermediate+ level of English
  • Completed higher education
