Compensation and Revenue Accountant

We have a new vacancy for Compensation and Revenue Accountant (maternity leave position) to join our team. As a member of Corporate Finance Department, you will perform the compensation and revenue accrual, control and prove project costs, prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports.

  • Perform compensation and bonuses accrual for company’s contractors;
  • Update compensation related data in accounting system;
  • Control and prove project costs;
  • Generate and issue invoices for the clients;
  • Interact closely with company’s Treasurer on trade receivables control;
  • Interact closely with project managers and client representatives;
  • Calculate and accrue sales commissions;
  • Review projects’ budgets;
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc management reports.
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, finance, business, or another related field;
  • Good knowledge/experience in accounting, finance, economics - 2+ years;
  • Working knowledge of Excel, 1C software;
  • English level is at least intermediate;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented, hard-working, proactive and goal-oriented person.
