Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Georgia

You will be able to deal with the full cycle of recruitment for all open positions in Georgia, manage, deliver and collaborate with regional/global projects and initiatives that impact talent acquisition and talent quality and delivery; cooperate with the Heads of business, the HR Business Partners and Delivery Managers on all talent acquisition related activities; and finally, report to the Country Manager based in Georgia, Tbilisi

This is full-time office position. 

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, where you have been leading full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience of in-housework in IT companies operating in Georgia.
  • Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Experience in participating in and/or organizing Talent Marketing events.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers; excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of other Microsoft Products, Apps, Services would be considered advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Georgian (verbal and written)
  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as other relevant channels.
  • Posting job openings and creating applicant databases.
  • Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Collaborating with relevant team members and involving them in technical interviews & live coding sessions.
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
  • To take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment team.
  • Build and maintain professional relationship with the universities, IT academies, IT communities and other relevant sources of talent including visiting different premises, activities, events, being personally involved in attracting the best candidates for employment.
