Head of Content Marketing


We are looking for a Content Marketing Leader who can take ownership of our content marketing strategy and execution that drives inbound leads, builds awareness and demand generation with our target audience, and establishes us as a thought leader.

You will be responsible for developing, improving, and scaling our content marketing strategy for our corporate marketing funnel. You will work closely with the whole marketing, delivery, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure optimal content delivery to target audiences across multiple channels & verticals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to content calendar creation & management, copywriting & editing, managing a small team of copywriters, and activating new content assets (such as PDFs, Infographics, etc), and optimizing/repurposing existing content



    • A minimum of 3+ years in content, ideally for B2B/SaaS. 
    • Manage a small team of copywriters/content marketers
    • Lead and grow a team of copywriting specialists into content marketers. Help the entire marketing team elevate the quality of content output
    • Lead the creation of content initiatives that our target customers want to follow, share and tell their friends about
    • Increase the impact of content on growing our market footprint and customer acquisition
    • Deeply understand our customers, their pains, and their challenges, so we know how to answer them
    • Be our expert in project management, content scheduling, and prioritization. Be bold and move fast, be radically candid and human in your tone of voice
    • Be hands-on and work right there alongside your team.
    • Show your pro editorial skills and knowledge as a copywriter - catch all of our grammar errors and typos to drive high-quality content

    • Content Management System (Wordpress)
    • Digital Marketing Reporting Tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc)
    • Content creation tools (ex: Canva, Figma, etc)



    • Plan and implement the company’s rolling content strategy, developing a comprehensive editorial calendar that outlines campaigns for distribution via the company website, blog, social media channels, webinars, etc. on a regular basis
    • Lead and grow a team of copywriting specialists into content marketers. Help the entire marketing team elevate the quality of content output
    • Lead the creation of content initiatives that our target customers want to follow, share and tell their friends about
    • Collaborate with the ABM, Channel, and Digital Teams on integrated content and distribution campaigns that address our ICPs
    • Develop and execute multifaceted content marketing campaigns that drive reach, reputation, and revenue for Innovecs
    • Nurture cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery to support, enable, and report on campaigns
    • Use campaign data to measure the impact of content and campaigns, optimizing content marketing across all channels
    • Work with Growth and Product Marketing to create persona-based buyers journeys for specific personas
    • Oversee relationships with potential outside agencies, additional content writers, 3rd party content contributors (partners, customers, etc)
    • You use data to drive content decisions.
