We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our fintech project.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a creative person with the ability to design (in detail) the UI and plan the entire mobile app.
He/she must be able to handle all aspects of such app, starting with an understanding of IOS and Android differences and using the correct UI for such a big task.
He/she will later be able to guide developers and solve issues that raise during development.

  • Qualifications
    At least 3 years of experience as UI/UX Designer,
    Good skills in design and mockups,
    Stay up to date with interaction design trends,
    Have at least a basic understanding of JS frameworks such as Angular,
    Have a strong portfolio featuring examples of visual and interaction design work for Mobile App
    Experience with Figma, Chromatic, Storybook would be a plus,
    Self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems
    English level from upper-intermediate and higher.

Project duration: 6-8 months

Employment: Part-time


RESPONSIBILITIES

Create world-class responsive user interfaces and visual designs from concept to execution for mobile applications.
Participates in and facilitates UX design workshops with stakeholders.
Builds high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Familiarity with conducting concept testing/usability testing and results analysis.
Support Product & UX Leads, engineers, executives, etc., to develop compelling user experiences from beginning to end.
Translate interaction wireframes into visual designs that are visually engaging, simple, and intuitive.
Convey visual design ideas in tangible forms like concepts, annotated comps, and cut assets.
Participates in developing visual design languages and systems, including layouts, grids, illustrations, iconography, UI elements, and other visual components.
Apply visual language to the design of mobile applications for a variety of devices with different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and pixel densities.
Willingness to be fearless about driving innovative ideas and finding powerful ways to communicate them.

Our client is a leading company in the supply of advanced technological services and systems for human resources management – payroll systems, human resources systems, attendance systems, pension savings, and more.

The systems allow for full flexibility and operational independence, maximum transparency of information and data, and serve as a tool for the automation of organizational processes while abiding by the law, protecting sensitive information and the organization’s interests.

We want to create a new mobile app for our HR systems.
This app should be used by employees to execute different tasks (submitting forms, getting organization contacts, see organization important messages, etc.)

Currently, we have a mobile app to report and manage time-and-attendance.
We also want to integrate this app into the new HR app – so the employees will download one app from the store and will be able to handle different aspects of their work within the organization, ie. Reporting work time, see rostering schedule, apply for sick leave, reserve duty, and vacations, and handle HR related aspects
