Social Media Lead

We are looking for a talented Social Media Lead who will be in charge of Innovecs global social media and content strategy with the ideation, production, editing, and scheduling of content with a focus on employer branding. This person will run our LinkedIn and Facebook pages, supervise the TikTok & Instagram Specialist and report to the VP of Global Employer Brand and Marketing.  

The Social Media Lead is a proactive, creative, innovative, enthusiastic, and data-driven individual who can develop, implement, and analyze Innovecs' social media initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong and resonant narrative on our global brand channels, keeping our audience informed, entertained, and engaged. 

This is full-time remote position.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

— Develop and implement strategy for Innovecs social media profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, as well as big, bold ideas in social that generate engagement. 

— Compose, edit, and post socially native content for LinkedIn and Facebook. Overview and lead TikTok & Instagram postings and creation of authentic and engaging content. 

— Work closely with the Design Team to ensure top-notch visual content, offering progressive vision and expertise on social media visuals creation. 

— Define ongoing objectives, craft goals, and identify KPIs for social media activity. 

— Collaborate with the Digital Lead, PPC Specialist, PR Lead and other team members to work with internal and external stakeholders on communication plans and social media campaigns, events, and initiatives. 

 — Work inside and alongside Employer Brand, Corporate Marketing, HR and other departments, contributing to compelling content strategies to drive growth through content that expands employer brand awareness and metrics.  

— Develop and distribute a variety of documentation from social briefs, strategy decks, and content & engagement calendars across industry-standard tools. 

— Track and analyze social media engagement, metrics and impact to inform and refine strategy and generate regular reports for senior management. 

— Revamp social media guidelines policy and work with communications editor to revise internal social media guidelines. 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

— 5+ years of relevant social media marketing experience, preferable in technology industry. 

— Fluent English (certificate proving C1 level proficiency from a recognized institute will be a plus). 

— Strong copywriting and editorial judgment skills. 

— Team player, builder, and positive culture cultivator. 

— Ability to plan strategically but stay on top of tactical execution. 

— Strong project management and organizational skills and experience with project management tools, such as Asana. 

— Strong storytelling and presentation skills. 

— Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and against different business asks. 

— Good knowledge of the TikTok platform.
