We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded senior analyst to join business & operations team. You will be working with executive and management team on transforming financial management across number of organizations, including the service delivery one. It's a strategic initiative with high visibility across the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years’ experience with one of Big 4 companies.
• At least 2 years’ experience with IT outsourcing company.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial data, verbally and graphically, to communicate with non-financial stakeholders and leaders.
• Working knowledge of financial strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and experience with enterprise reporting tools / data warehouses.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Drive research and analysis for the efficient KPIs management & tracking.
• Create calculators, financial and forecasting models, reports, etc.
• Manage variance/trend analysis with explanations of changes.
• Help to improve budgeting, forecasting, financial planning procedures.
• Understand key business drivers, seek ways to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with key stakeholders to enhance benchmarking and dashboards.
• Provide guidance to management team on usage of financial metrics, tools, work with data inputs.
• Align workflows on financial management with corporate automation tools.
