Junior Delivery Manager

Innovecs has been in business for more than 10 years and Delivery Managers are key to our success in developing and sustaining client relationships, expanding those relationships, and working with our team members to ensure that we keep them motivated and seek out opportunities for them to ensure continued success.

This is an opportunity for someone who is at the outset of their career in Delivery Management, has perhaps worked in out-staffing and is looking for a transition to a career in outsourcing, where as a Delivery Manager you don't work for the client but for Innovecs, you will hit the ground running with a small team of developers, and you will be focused on doubling the team size in 6 months and finding paths to taking on responsibility for productivity, quality and even scope.

What we will ask of you is to 

- Build a relationship with your client
- Bring initiative to build revenue seeking out client opportunities
- Manage the team by monitoring morale, productivity, and quality
- Contribute to internal initiatives to develop Innovecs as an Industry and Technology practice leader

  • 0-2 years of Delivery Management experience (Of course some is preferred)
  • Experience with managing people
  • Takes the initiative and is a problem solver
  • Open minded and willing to learn
  • Attentive to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • PMP, Agile Scrum Master or equivalent certifications preferred
