  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer;
  • Experience as a Web Application Developer or Support Developer: Java or Kotlin, Javascript/Typescript;
  • Familiar with writing and running Database (SQL/NoSQL) queries;
  • Kibana/Graphana;
  • Experience in payment domain
  • Snowflake dashboard (will be a plus);
  • Looker dashboard (will be a plus);
  • Stripe dashboard (will be a plus).
  • Technical Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to payment processing, billing and invoicing;
  • Customer Support Interaction - Communicate effectively with Customer Support to understand issues and provide timely solutions;
  • System Monitoring - Regularly monitor payment systems for any irregularities or malfunctions;
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on customer feedback;
  • Documentation - Maintain detailed records of issue details and resolutions in Jira/Zendesk tickets;
  • Compliance Adherence - Ensure all solutions comply with project policies and regulations.
