You will be part of the key delivery management team and take responsibility for executing service delivery strategy for the new portfolio of client.
You will lead your team of Delivery Managers, along with a broad team of Software Engineers, in order to attain the highest quality delivery outcomes and experience for our existing and new customers.

Our business model is built on landing and expanding relations with our customers. You will be working closely with our Account Executive team to ensure that our customer obsession is maintained and that we continue to grow long and fruitful customer relationships.

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in a similar position and software development management experience
  • A proven track record of management of the teams that were building enterprise-level applications
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of key technology areas applicable to Innovecs engineering capabilities
  • Demonstrated collaborative style, with the ability to influence diverse teams and build strong relationships across various internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing Salesforce projects / teams (related to Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, etc) is a big plus
  • Track record of driving initiatives and achieving results
  • Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management for the new business unit team
  • Drive high quality service delivery and client satisfaction, in close cooperation with account management team
  • Leading, couching, backing and motivating the team of delivery managers supporting their daily routine
  • Ensure efficient cooperation between the business unit and related organisations in the company
  • Take accountability for delivering outcomes to the clients
  • Communicate with clients on regular basis and collecting feedback
  • Manage business unit financial results and achieving financial targets
  • Contribute to company business strategy, industry and technology solutioning for the clients
  • Contribute to accounts under management development strategy in cooperation with Account Executive team
  • Participate in sales and pre-sales processes, lead pre-sales where appropriate
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit great technical talents to ensure effective mix of competencies & capabilities
  • Address poor/mediocre delivery performance on a timely manner
  • Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent
  • Optimize costs and improve operational efficiencies
