We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will work within our Supply Chain – Business Development unit to create a pipeline of leads by creating an outreach plan with our marketing team, cold-calling, cold emailing, and sourcing new leads and engaging cold leads through innovative channels. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and strategic thinking skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- BS degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field;
- At least 1 year experience in Business Development;
- Fluent English both written and spoken;
- Excellent strategic thinking skills and attention to detail;
- Strong interest in Supply Chain & Logistics is a plus;
- Ability to travel globally.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales, and business development and marketing teams to identify and build strategic pipelines within the vertical;
- Focus on outbound business development and lead generation;
- Identify and research potential clients;
- Determine how to engage with outbound leads to secure industry relationships;
- Gain interest from inbound and outbound leads during daily contacts and distribute as appropriate to develop sales leads;
- Partner with our marketing team to create potential customer-focused content;
- Create cold calls, emails, social signals/messages, documentation to support the vertical outreach;
- Capture leads and/or potential client information and activity data into our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Implement findings from industry research to develop content and contacts;
- Attend exhibitions and trade shows, possible globally.
