- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Previous involvement in the Gaming industry
- Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
- Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the domain specifics
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Oversee the entire development process, from conceptualizing a business idea to successful project delivery
- Take charge of project planning, scope evaluation, timeline, resources, and risk management
- Establish and maintain an up-to-date tracking system for roadmap commitments, ensuring alignment of expectations among stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies within development teams
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Regularly report project statuses, issues, plans, and risks to key stakeholders, facilitating the decision-making process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product compliance with requirements
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment
