Innovecs Gaming is looking for an Gaming Delivery Manager committed to drive our teams to successful launches.
As a manager you will be responsible for on-time delivery while keeping the team laser-focused on stakeholders' priorities. Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Previous involvement in the Gaming industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
  • Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the domain specifics
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire development process, from conceptualizing a business idea to successful project delivery
  • Take charge of project planning, scope evaluation, timeline, resources, and risk management
  • Establish and maintain an up-to-date tracking system for roadmap commitments, ensuring alignment of expectations among stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies within development teams
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
  • Regularly report project statuses, issues, plans, and risks to key stakeholders, facilitating the decision-making process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product compliance with requirements
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment
