We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer Expert to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other search engines, focusing on Innovecs Games’ own products and services. You will work closely with the Lead Marketing Manager to create data-driven strategies, build effective marketing funnels, and enhance user acquisition.
A good level of English is essential for this role to ensure clear communication and the ability to write or edit effective ad copy. Copywriting experience and familiarity with Webflow are preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in media buying, focusing on iGaming products.
- Platforms: Proficient with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Language: Good English skills are essential for effective communication and ad development.
- Availability: Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and meet deadlines.
- Strong expertise in managing paid media on Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other search engines.
- Experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels for user acquisition and conversion.
- B2 level of English for communication and ad copy development.
- Copywriting experience is optional but a bonus
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Webflow or other website builders is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the Lead Marketing Manager and marketing team.
- Knowledge of iGaming industry trends, user behaviors, and acquisition strategies.
- Media Buying & Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to promote Innovecs Games’ products and services.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Strategy & Funnel Development:
- Collaborate with the Lead Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing funnels for user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Align strategies with Innovecs Games’ product goals and market trends.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the iGaming and gaming industries.
- Optional (Copywriting):
- Experience in copywriting is a plus, particularly in crafting ad copy for the gaming audience.
- Optional (Webflow):
- Assist in creating or optimizing landing pages using Webflow to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness (preferred but not mandatory).
