Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of Next.js, with a strong understanding of SSR, SEO optimization, and performance tuning.
- Deep expertise in building and maintaining UI libraries using ShadCN and TailwindCSS.
- Advanced understanding of state management and data fetching using TanStack Query and SWR.
- Experience in PWA development and applying a mobile-first approach to design and development.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing projects in a monorepo environment (e.g., Nx).
- Strong experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.) and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of version control and collaborative workflows (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex, performant, and scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Architect and implement frontend solutions using ShadCN components and TailwindCSS for efficient and consistent design across the application.
- Implement PWA features to provide a mobile-friendly, offline-capable experience for users.
- Design and implement data-fetching strategies with TanStack Query and SWR for optimizing server-state management.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define and integrate APIs using Next.js and ensure performance optimization across the platform.
- Optimize applications for SEO, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) in Next.js.
- Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development workflows.
- Apply a mobile-first approach to ensure optimal user experience across devices.
- Mentor junior and middle engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the frontend architecture, especially within the Nx monorepo structure.
