You will work closely with designers, developers, and artists to implement high-quality, optimized visuals for web-based platforms. Your role will involve enhancing the asset creation pipeline, optimizing performance, and integrating animations and effects that elevate the player experience.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in front-end development or web gaming platforms.
- Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML5 and WebGL.
- Graphics Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing 2D/3D assets for performance across browsers and platforms.
- Art Tools: Experience with tools such as Blender, Photoshop, or similar.
- Shaders: Familiarity with creating and optimizing shaders (e.g., HLSL, GLSL).
- English: Intermediate level of spoken English.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Git.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for technical challenges related to art implementation.
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with JavaScript and CSS3.
- Basic knowledge of Spine or similar animation software for web.
- Experience with Maya and 3ds Max.
- Familiarity with online casino games or slot game mechanics.

- Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization tools.

- Ensure assets are optimized for performance while maintaining visual fidelity across all platforms.
- Integrate animations, effects, and dynamic visuals into proprietary or third-party engines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the art integration process.
- Provide feedback and guidance to art and engineering teams to enhance workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, tools, and best practices to keep projects at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with the team to fine-tune the overall art direction and styling for the project.
- Implement animations, particle effects, and interactive elements tailored for online casino games.
