Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our friendly team. It’s a good opportunity to start your career at fast-growing international company.

  • Meeting and greeting potential clients at the airport/office;
  • Reception and processing of incoming/outgoing e-mails/chats;
  • Clients’ and employees’ requests processing;
  • Providers research & tendering;
  • Accommodation booking, transfer arrangement & maintenance;
  • Support in team buildings (execution & organization);
  • Lunches & coffee breaks arrangement;
  • Working with document flow;
  • Interaction with all departments and offices of the company;
  • Handling ad hoc duties.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (written&spoken) is a must;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Friendly and cheerful disposition, positive life attitude;
  • Client-oriented mindset and responsible attitude to work;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving approach and stress resistance.
