Overview

We have set quite ambitious growth plans and are looking for a creative and innovative Head of Global Marketing & PR to take the Innovecs brand to a truly global, efficient and customer loved organization.  We need someone who has extensive experience in both multi-channel strategic planning and execution, successful experience of working within IT & software in US & Europe, and who is ready to work in a highly competitive landscape. The candidate should be competent in general marketing theory, digitally smart and metric driven, branding, as well as industry research.  Our Head of Global Marketing & PR will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic professionals and is expected to lead activities from our hub in Kiev, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

You will be a senior marketing professional, leading a marketing & client success team and responsible for setting the overall strategy. You will oversee and lead the development of local marketing activities on a global level and will be most involved in the following areas:

  • You will sharpen the business’ value proposition, brand strategy and raise the global brand profile. What does Innovecs stand for, what is the core value proposition, and how do we communicate with prospects, clients, industry influencers?
  • You will develop content and branded assets and distribute them in the right channels in a timely fashion
  • You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to support client acquisition and expansion
  • You will develop a metric driven approach to track & monitor client credentials and satisfaction
  • You will build, lead, and inspire a small but growing team that can support both local and global efforts and ensure activity is in line with overall business development and marketing objectives

 

In more detail, the responsibilities include:

Corporate Brand and PR:

  • Help articulate the brand and value proposition in a clear and compelling way that resonates with all clients and employees
  • Lead and drive the voice and brand of the organisation, inspiring through content, email, blogs and all social channels
  • Build actionable goals that make it possible to turn strategy into tangible results with measured return on investment
  • Regularly optimize marketing tactics, channels, and messaging based on impact
  • Craft an integrated content strategy that relies not only on the company’s website and PR but brings to bear various digital and interpersonal touchpoints to reinforce and amplify core messages and impact.

Marketing lead generation:

  • Create, develop, and manage content for existing web presence: maintaining a consistent look and voice throughout all web properties including social media; promotions, sweepstakes, email newsletters; copy/editing web content; maintain and developing the master content calendar for all web properties
  • Lead generation by executing and developing web strategies for Company website: studying business and competitive practices to drive traffic and business to existing website; formulating and execution of innovative and compelling ideas to current website; responsible for technical requirements and parameters
  • Lead generation through search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
  • Lead generation through pay per click (PPC) campaigns: sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results
  • Preparing a strategy and positioning the company during the events
  • Research and suggestion of attending conferences by company employees. Assistance in writing speeches, letters, and articles which are to be made public
  • Research and participating in awards and contests that can result in a major benefit for the company, including applying, submitting all necessary materials and documents, interaction with organizers and all other related activities to ensure maximum results
  • Develop an approach to track & monitor client engagement and satisfaction across a range of verticals and geographies
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the software industry
  • Experience in promotion in US & European industry verticals
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Innovative and creative approach to marketing that brings fresh, new ideas that will increase revenue by building new audiences
  • Develop, lead and execute marketing plans across a range of markets and media channels; deliver on agreed strategy
  • Solid understanding of industry market research, data analysis methods and common digital marketing tools
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and client service management
  • Thorough knowledge of digital & social media marketing: traffic acquisition, affiliate marketing, influencers, SEO, PR, Content mkt, etc.
  • Solid understanding of outbound campaigning through CRM systems
