HR Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for HR services, policies and programs as well as HR administrative tasks.

  • Coordinating recruiting and staffing (only conducting interviews without searching for candidates);
  • Training activities;
  • Employee relations;
  • Welfare activities;
  • Organizing events;
  • Other HR projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
  • Experience as a Human Resources Specialist (including recruitment, compensation, training, welfare and other areas of professional human resources);
  • Experience in an international hi-tech/mobile/internet company – advantage;
  • Advanced English;
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions and evaluate an outcome;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professionalism, assertiveness, independence, dynamism, initiative.
