Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can support all marketing activities starting from an initial market research to lead generation. Also, he is able to think strategically and commercially, as well as executing day-to-day digital marketing activities.

  • Market & competitor analysis for each service;                                                                       
  • Analysis of user behavior and definition of user journey, segmentation of users and analysis of touchpoints within the service;
  • Develop key messaging, value proposition and visual communication;
  • Supply our business development team with materials to help them represent our B2B product in alignment with the brand, and pitch the service effectively;
  • Implement the Marketing Plan and take action accordingly;
  • Participate in all tactical marketing issues within agreed budget/plan;
  • Manage communication platforms and assets (websites, newsletters, keep marketing assets: presentations, creative materials, POSM, etc.) up-to-date and accessible;
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing plans (monitor, control, revise) and strategy to achieve annual profitability objectives.
  • Established specialist as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role;
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in IT and B2B;
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about marketing, strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing them by relevant KPIs;
  • Have entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have advanced knowledge of English;
  • Have a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
  • Have excellent communication skills. You are comfortable in arguing, able to deliver your message and able to reach the defined goals;
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to analyze a range of key performance metrics and synthesize findings to make clear and actionable recommendations. Practice in using web analytics & statistics tools and methodologies;
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude;
  • Proactive, self-motivated.
