Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth office functioning
  • Office relocation project support, monitoring of Seating plan and Inflow
  • Drafting the contracts and paper works with vendors, clients in terms of office operation support
  • Checking status and condition of office assets
  • Initiating small repairs in the office premises
  • Supervision work of office manager, cleaning team, support team
  • Cooperation with external vendor services of corporate shuttle, parking lots rents, vending machine
  • Arranging for purchase requests (tickets in JIRA), payments processing, clients’ evidence collection
  • Internal requests via JIRA – monitor backlog, assign handling, control efficiency
  • Acceptance of goods, control of ES storeroom, inventory and monitoring of office supplies’ remainings
  • Daily regular office tour (cleaning audit) and weekly reporting
  • Coordinating of Parking (ground&underground) – track of parking lots, waiting list, reporting
  • Participation in construction and renovation projects
  • Reporting: ES cash box reports, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
