Technical Program Manager (PGM)
  • Client Engagement: timely and transparent client communication of project status, potential issues, risks, updates and follow through. Offer and deliver solutions that enable client success
  • Managing Client expectations: ensure that the client goals and expectations are well understood, and the team is able to address the requirements within agreed SLA and Innovecs standards of quality
  • Projects delivery execution: management of project road map, short-term and long-term goals, prioritized backlog, scope management, time management, quality management, stakeholder management, integration management
  • Risks management: proactive identification of release risk, timely escalation and development of mitigation strategy to avoid project impact and ensure early resolution
  • Performance refinement: define, analyze and enable the critical data points of delivery and processes (KPIs). Continuous delivery and team performance improvement through a data-driven approach
  • Team & Talent Management: daily team and people management, ensure that all talent is skilled to meet the pipeline, technical guidance of engineering team, timely resolution of engineering and operational issues, setting standards of performance and personal development, ensure follow-through on individual development plans and training objectives, guiding the team to exceed expectations
  • Innovecs Software Engineering Culture Ambassador: building, development and active contribution to Innovecs standards of quality, engineering best practices, cross project activities and knowledge base, project audits, new clients’ engagement and technology advisory team
  • Degree: Master of Computer Science/Math/Engineering
  • Experience: 2+ years on Management positions within international Software Development service or product companies; Consulting experience will be a plus
  • Business Domain Expertise: Gaming, Fintech, Logistics…
  • English: Advanced
  • “Hard” Skills: project management, full cycle of software development, software engineering processes and best practices, agile methodologies, software engineering quality standards, user experience within particular business domain
  • “Soft” skills: helicopter view, decision making, communication & culture differences, time management, leadership by example, positive and open-minded attitude, team collaboration, ability to get things done
