Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Games producer. You will be part of the key delivery management team and take responsibility for executing service delivery strategy for portfolio of clients in Gaming. You will lead your team of Producers / Delivery Managers, along with a broad team of Software Engineers and Artists in order to attain the highest quality games delivery outcomes and experience for our existing and new customers.

• Extensive experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of mobile games
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Producer
• Ability to create, track, and maintain complex schedules
• Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation
• Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in running teams with agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
• Exposure to data regulation and legislation (eg. COPPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Project management across multiple product areas (design, art, development, analytics, UX, writing, QA, dev, etc.

• Manage the day-to-day games development process
• Work with a cross-functional team to deliver sprints on time, on budget, and at a high quality bar
• Oversee the entire development process, from conceptualizing a business idea to successful project delivery
• Quickly identify when development issues arise, diagnose their cause, and implement solutions to keep the product and team on track
• Establish and maintain an up-to-date tracking system for roadmap commitments, ensuring alignment of expectations among stakeholders
• Recommend and implement new processes where efficiencies are needed to improve timely or on-budget delivery
• Ensure all necessary project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Regularly report project statuses, issues, plans, and risks to key stakeholders, facilitating the decision-making process
