Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in HR function.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in tasks and data management.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in aligning HR strategies with business objectives under the guidance of senior HR colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Oversee all stages of the Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- Provide support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
- Assist line managers in monitoring team morale and addressing attrition risks.
- Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and analysis.
- Assist in communicating performance feedback and development plans to employees.
- Contribute to the identification of training needs and assist in coordinating training programs.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives.
