Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Manager in the iGaming industry, preferably with a focus on slot games.
- Deep understanding of slot game mechanics, trends, and monetization strategies.
Experience managing end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business value.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with game production pipelines and processes in iGaming.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and certifications for regulated markets.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process of slot games, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
- Define and monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to maintain a smooth production pipeline.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and team alignment for multiple projects.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.
Product Ownership:
- Own the product vision for slot games, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the iGaming industry.
- Work closely with game designers to refine gameplay mechanics, features, and monetization strategies.
- Prioritize the product backlog and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value.
Drive collaboration between stakeholders to ensure the final product meets customer and market expectations.
Team Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and efficiency.
- Support teams with clear objectives and remove obstacles to ensure smooth progress.
