We are seeking an experienced marketer with a solid understanding of growth strategies within the B2B tech space, particularly in the industries Innovecs operates in, such as HighTech, Supply Chain, and Game Development. This is a role for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving impactful growth strategies.
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and enhance client acquisition. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and position the company as a trusted partner in the software development services market.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B tech space.
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, RB2B, etc.).
- Expertise in lead generation strategies, including ABM and inbound marketing.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in marketing for software development or technology services companies.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and BDR strategies.
- Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall growth marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid ads, email, social media, and organic search.
- Create scalable lead-generation campaigns targeting B2B clients.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing qualified leads (MQLs) with sales qualified leads (SQLs).
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs such as CAC, CPL, and ROI.
- Optimize the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights.
- Use A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop targeted messaging for various audience segments.
- Leverage case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content to position Innovecs as a trusted B2B partner.
- Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
