We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will have technical leaders working for you so knowing technologies is expected, ability to dive into and have pertinent technical conversations, with the ability to ascertain the competence of the engineers that work for you with these technologies. Additionally, it will be the responsibility of the Delivery Manager, in collaboration with the Client and the relevant Technical leads to ensure that appropriate and timely technical strategic decisions are made and product/solution delivered as expected.
Tech stack: AWS, Azure, Snowflake; Angular/React, .Net/Java, Python.
Strong plus: experience with AI-enabled projects.

- 4+ years of team management experience (hiring, developing, leading and managing an enterprise level engineering team).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, related discipline, or equivalent education or experience.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging resources to achieve company and project objectives.
- Experience building collaboration in an organization both horizontally, and vertically.
- Hands on experience with development of software engineering processes and best practices, and successful application thereof.
- Track record of on time delivery.
- Experience with setting and achieving quality goals.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Time management, and team collaboration skills.
- Stakeholders management.
- Agile methodologies. Preferred:
- Project Management certification and/or Agile certifications.
