- 3+ years of experience in Tech Artist position in the game industry (casual games)
- Art, UI and animation integration to the Unity project
- Proficiency with Unity and its animation, UI, and particle systems
- Strong understanding of game development processes, including asset creation, integration, and optimisation for mobile platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback to team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with scripting (C# or visual scripting tools) is a plus
- Import, set up, and optimise art assets within Unity
- Be involved in the full cycle of game development—from initial concept art to final in-game assets
- Establish clear communication with client and team
- Ensure that the art production process runs smoothly, with clear communication on deadlines, asset requirements, and integration timelines
