What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of payroll experience, with exposure to processing payroll for multiple EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ADP payroll software (Must); Workday experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll data.
- Strong communication skills in English
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple countries within EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Process payroll updates (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, contract changes) accurately and on time.
- Ensure payroll accuracy by verifying data from HR and internal HR platform.
- Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and support audits as needed.
- Contribute to global payroll projects, including automation, system enhancements, and policy updates.
- UK Pensions controls.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
