4+ years of experience in functional and business analysis; preferably supporting and/or configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Hands-on experience with Infor WMS (must); Experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, or 3PL operations (must); Understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management; Experience onboarding customers and supporting production environments; Experience performing WMS system configuration and minor functional enhancements; Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills; Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration changes; Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation and training materials; Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse operators, customer stakeholders, and technical teams; Working knowledge of SQL is a plus; Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a strong plus; Understanding of 3PL operational processes and customer implementations is a strong plus; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment; Advanced or native English.
Serve as a primary functional support contact for Infor WMS customers; Support onboarding and implementation of new customers onto the WMS platform; Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand operational requirements and warehouse processes; Configure WMS settings and perform minor system adjustments based on approved business requirements; Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical teams when required; Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and existing WMS functionality; Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, user guides, and support materials; Assist with testing activities, including system validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); Deliver end-user and operational training for warehouse personnel and customer teams; Support customer go-live activities and provide post-implementation hypercare support; Monitor support tickets, prioritise customer issues, and ensure timely resolution; Work closely with operations, implementation, and development teams to improve system performance and customer experience; Recommend process improvements and optimisation opportunities within warehouse operations and WMS configuration; Maintain strong understanding of Infor WMS best practices and emerging Supply Chain technology trends; Act as a subject matter expert for Infor WMS configuration and warehouse operational workflows.
Nice-to-have: Experience with TMS integrations, EDI processes, 3PL multi-customer warehouse environments, and warehouse automation solutions.
