Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or business development, ideally in outsourcing and technology sectors.
- Degree in marketing or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, business development and lead generation are a plus.
- Proficiency in AI-driven marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to create high-converting LinkedIn and email sequences.
- Proven success in relationship building and engaging C-suite decision-makers.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation strategy. Partner with the Marketing Manager to design and execute a comprehensive lead generation plan. This includes identifying and targeting potential clients through buyer personas and optimizing acquisition channels.
- Outbound prospecting. Identify and engage prospects through targeted direct outreach and personalized messaging to convert them into high-quality leads.
- Targeted outreach & communication. Create compelling, personalized emails and LinkedIn messages that drive engagement and generate meetings with senior-level prospects.
- Market research & targeting. Conduct detailed research on companies and decision-makers within our target markets, identifying the most strategic opportunities for client acquisition.
- Collaborative alignment. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure that lead generation efforts are in line with broader company objectives and sales goals.
- Data-driven optimization. Continuously analyze performance metrics and lead conversion data to refine and improve the overall strategy.
- Tool automation. Utilize platforms like Clay, Sales Navigator, Reply.io, Expandi, and RB2B to automate and enhance outreach efforts, while continuously monitoring performance.
- Reporting & analysis. Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.
