- 3+ years of experience in 2D Art Lead position in the gaming industry
- Expertise in 2D art tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong understanding of game development processes, including asset creation, integration, and optimization for mobile platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback to team members *Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Take ownership of the overall visual style, ensuring consistency and quality across all aspects of the game's art
- Be involved in the full cycle of game development—from initial concept art to final in-game assets *Tackle complex artistic challenges by proposing innovative solutions, experimenting with new styles, and ensuring the art integrates seamlessly with the game’s mechanics and narrative
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of 2D artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the production process
- Follow up the expectation of the key stakeholders
- Establish clear communication with client and team
- Experienced individual contributor who requires minimal supervision
- Ensure that the art production process runs smoothly, with clear communication on deadlines, asset requirements, and integration timelines.
