- At least 3 years of experience with After Effects
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with Spine 2D
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Adobe Animate
- At least 4+ years of experience with slot game animation, with a clear understanding of slot game animation
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of animation optimization
- Experience with character animation, environments and transitions
- Strong eye for detail, composition, color and lighting
- Strong understanding of animation best practices (including optimization, layering, project structure/hierarchy)
- Proactive and collaborative work ethic
- Creative, dedicated and passionate personality with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team management skills
- Experience in client communication
- English - good communication skills
- Responsible for the quality of animations of the entire team
- Responsible for creating unique and diverse animation and VFX with complex graphics for 2D mobile games.
- Responsible for animation optimization
- Improves the work of animators
- Monitor current trends and quality of animations
- Create animations from concept to completion.
- Work closely with a client, art director, front-end developers
