For our company partner we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales / Business Development Manager (Hunter) to lead new business acquisition for an iGaming game provider operating in the B2B segment. The role is focused on expanding distribution through operators, aggregators, and strategic partners across global markets.
This is a full-cycle sales role combining proactive outbound, relationship building, negotiations, and deal closing, working closely with founders, product, and integration teams.

💰 What matters (must-have) — 3+ years of B2B sales / business development in iGaming
— Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
— Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, distribution)
— Experience selling gaming content (crash / instant / slots / platforms)
— Ability to open doors and build partnerships from scratch
— Experience with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
— Fluent English

— Existing network of operator / aggregator contacts
— Experience working with Tier 1-4 operators
— Deep understanding of commercial models (revenue share, hybrid deals)
— Experience working with aggregators (SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, Slotegrator, etc.)
🎯 What you’ll be doing — Proactively generate new business via outbound, networking, and industry connections
— Identify, approach, and close deals with operators, aggregators, and platforms
— Lead negotiations with C-level and senior stakeholders
— Present our game portfolio (crash, instant, step) and its commercial value (retention, GGR growth, performance)
— Structure and close deals (revenue share / hybrid models)
— Own the full cycle: lead → negotiation → signed deal → integration → go-live
— Drive integrations in collaboration with tech / integration teams
— Build and manage a strong pipeline (CRM, forecasting)
— Represent the company at key industry events (ICE, SiGMA, SBC)
— Expand distribution via aggregator partnerships
