- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Integrations
- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions independently
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices
- Hands-on experience migrating Workflows/Process Builders to Flow
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to ramp quickly in complex environments
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
- Python scripting experience
- Experience in agile/scrum environments
- Manufacturing or service industry background
- Jira for agile project management
- Translate user stories into technical designs aligned with Salesforce architecture patterns
- Develop and maintain Salesforce automation using declarative tools (Flow) and programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC)
- Migrate legacy Workflows and Process Builders to modern Flow architecture
- Create comprehensive test scenarios and documentation for all deliverables
- Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team operating in Eastern Time
- Self-learn Quench-specific business processes and technical patterns with minimal guidance
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and deliver stories within sprint commitments (following the initial test phase)
